Home Appraisal Austin - Your Austin Appraiser - Fees and Completion Times

The following schedule shows our fees for typical property types and situations. Call us if you are not sure which product you need. We do not charge any additional mileage fees for properties within our service area. For ordering and payment information click here.

Turn Around times for Austin Home Appraisal are expressed as working days (Monday-Friday). Delays may be caused when access to the property is delayed for reasons beyond the control of your appraiser.

Please call for fee quotes on very large dwellings, properties likely in excess of $500,000 value, or properties with acreage.

Price Guarantee: You will always be notified in advance if there is any change in the fee (which very rarely happens) and will not be charged anything if you decide not to go ahead with the appraisal report.

There are many other types of forms in use, depending on the type of property appraised and the needs of the client.
